The specified business maintains, in the United States of America or the Dominion of Canada, a warehouse, office or similar facility in a physical location, zoned for commercial or industrial purposes by the municipality wherein such facility is located. The specified business has been an existing business entity, in the United States or the Dominion of Canada, for at least three (3) full calendar years prior to the date of application. The specified business will, upon recommendation for NAILD membership, pay the required dues, $2,650 annually, as well as committing to advertising costs of $5,000 per calendar year. The specified business will commit to NAILD membership for 5 years. The specified business must provide 5 references to lighting distributors they work with. NAILD membership is not transferable.
